 THE BOOK THAT IMPRESSED ME.

I like to read different books. Madolduva is one of my favorite books. It author is Mr. Martin Wickramasinghe. This valuable book was written in 1947.

The theme of this book is a trip to an island by a group of naughty children and their adventurous deeds. The main character here is Upali Giniwella. He is a crook and lives with his father and stepmother. He fled the house Jinnah and went to Madolduwa. They grew it there and made money. Later their work is also praised by foreign tourists. This story used for Madolduva is very interesting.

The language used in this book is very simple. The language is used in a way  that is appealing to the reader. While reading the book, I came across some wonderful imaged of Madolduva and that environment. This book can provide voluble examples for   teenagers.
